Hello, I'm looking for a skin for version 4.1.9. The colour scheme must be blues, something welcoming and attractive. I need someone who's pretty creative and can get the job done to a high standard. I also need the forums to be split in to two columns a little like http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/board/ but with 2 columns instead of 3.
