Buying vBulletin simple(?) plugin/script

    I'd like the script/plugin to be a NavTab that changes font text color depending on a given interval of time. The time will be based on UTC.
    I.E. Between AM times, the color will be 'y', between PM times, the color will be 'x'

    Shouldn't be too complex of a script. I'll be paying via Paypal.
