Vbulletin Signature Rules Modification

I want users to place only one link into your signatures and have a " max number of characters" limit for signatures. Which modification should i use?

I guess this was the mod i was looking for.

 

Does this mod allow you to have X number of links in your signature? The description is kinda hazy.

 

I just installed in myself to take a look .... it's very basic and doesn't have the features I thought it had ....

Hmm so it doesn't allow a max number of links to bad.

Anyone know where one is available? Iv searched.. but turn up squat!
