    When you are installing vbuleltin on your hosting provider do you have to create a mysql database?

    Yes,all major forums including Vbulletin require a mysql database.But there are forums which dont need one.

    I am to new to this i simply cant make it work, i cant make the php work and if my mysql is right i doubt i am doing my php right and which softwares dont need one?
