    I'm looking to purchase a vBulletin publishing suite license. ( owned license ! )

    If you got one, that can be transferred ( important ! ) , send me a private message asap.

    I am also looking to purchase a vBulletin publishing suite license. ( owned license ! )

    I will even buy a 3.8 version of Vbulletin, as long as it is an owned license. Also I will buy that other 4.0 version as long as the vbadvanced software program can be installed on it to make it like a suite version.

    I need an owned vbulletin forum ASAP; due to we need it for our community webiste by the new year.

    I do not have a lot of funds to just go out and pay the full $285.00 or $200.00 to get a current VB forum. This is why I am asking if someone has one for sale.
