Vbulletin pop-up

Hello everybody!

I'm about to shift to the vbulletin 4.0 and was setting it up. I just came back to this forum after a long time and saw the premium membership pop-up come as soon as I was in. Can anybody tell me how to do that with vbulletin? I would really like something like that on my site aswell.

It ain't coming up again. Anyway, I'm new to all this so can you tell me how to add sub-forums like they have added it on this forum?

 

Category -> (Parent Category) Child Forum -> (Parent Child Forum) Sub-Child Forum

Just want the pop-up thing now! It was a black pop-up that covered the middle of the screen asking us to become a premium member with all the details and benefits. Do post in if you see it!

You should have vBulletin Suite for that, It will be automatically activated.

I think it's been automatically moved. Anyway the pop up is probably Shawn's own creation (just like almost everything else here) so you'll have to ask him, I think it's just a custom JS code to show a pop up to un-premium members once a week. Shawn is a genius when it comes to coding, so you'll have to ask him. Just in case you don't know, Shawn is the owner of DP, his username is digitalpoint and his profile is located @ http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=1.

Maybe not good as the Shawn one but for temporary work you can try it out

Well, his signature clearly states that I'm not supposed to PM him for support.

So Shawn is there anyway you could share your code with me and tell me how to implement it? It will really help me. I'm running a small Indian website and I promise that I won't forward that code to anyone.
Ofcourse, If I don't get a reply, I'll know the answer and I will respect that.

I didn't see it even when I was not a premium member.

 

Only if it pops up....it showed to me when logged in few days ago. Of course you can look at the source and modify it for your own use? (It can be stealing, as long as you keep it to yourself your fine)
