vBulletin (Owned License) question

    I want to buy vBulletin (Owned License) from someone; how can I be sure that this version in nulled script or stolen?

    A simple way is just asking for their account details to login at vbulletin's site
    If they can't give it to you it's not a legal version

    If they can you're fine

    I thought that VB had stopped allowing license transfers now...

    They have for leased licenses, you can still transfer owned licenses.
