    A vb3 license is pretty much worthless at this point, considering vb4 is out, and upgrading from one to the other is going to cost another 1-2x that amount at this point.

    I have v3 and v4. :)
    And tons of people still use v3, so I wouldn't say that.

    Price: $120 only + Later on upgrading price $250 (Is it worth to purchase it?) Many guys are selling vB 4 @ $100. So its not worth IMHO :)

    The Older version 3.x is very stable.
    Also, if the current license hold for even a month ( which it should ) one can download 4.0 as well.
