1. If you dont have the information of the person i want to transfer the license to, what will you reply the ticket with your information for?

2. If you have his information and you put your information, the license will be transferred. How will you sell it after that?

I asked but they rejected to do it. However, why you raised a dispute in Paypal when the license transferred to you? vBulletin confirm that and my paypal account is verified and address confirm while yours is not. Do you think you can scam me a license and get your money back? That's funny!
