License is still available, in discussion with a few interested members.
Would take $60 as many people seem to be offering less than the asking price.

    Thanks,

Just to clear something up, please be aware that this is a vB 3 license and not the new Vbulletin 4.0.

I paid him $60 and he gave me the same license number that he gave to pak. vBulletin confirmed there is no license transfer pending.

This guy is making us both fool and have already scammed so many people.

There are no requests from that license owner to transfer any licenses to you. Sorry.

This is why people should stop paying with paypal, paypal wont protect you over digital content but 2checkout will

For example if the seller failed to deliver 2checkout would have refunded your money back, they would have also penalized the seller and kept his funds and frozen his account

Most scammers only accept liberty transfer and paypal, moneybrokers and western union all those payment types usually have scams attached to them

When I start my forum I will not allow those payment types to be used by my users
