vBulletin or IPB for my forum?

    I plan to start a forum soon (got the domain and hosting) now I need to decide between vBulletin or IPB forum software.

    What do you recommend me to use and please describe your choice, if vBulletin why and same if IPB?!

    vbulletin or phpbb3..
    vbulletin :u have to pay $$ and get nice forum script with support.
    phpbb3: no need to pay and you get nice forum script + live support.
    now you choose :D
