I just love this feature. Where can I find this mod for the vbulletin script?

    It's not a mod. It's part of vBulletin 3.5.x

Redirection Message and the "no refresh" are two different things...the no refresh is an AJAX feature that is new with vB 3.5...and if I'm understanding properly, this member prefers the feature...

Whatever it is, it's something I've come to appreciate. I'm refering to the feature that happens right now when I post this reply and it simply jumps into place without the whole page reloading. If I hit the back button after posting a reply it doesn't go back to the reply I was just posting.

Yes, that is an included feature with 3.5.x...it's called AJAX and you can enable/disable it in the General Settings section of vBulletin Options.
