    Hello,

I plan to buy vBulletin, but first I need to know how much a hack I need may cost.

I already asked this at vBulletin pre-sales forum, and they say it's possible but had no idea regarding cost.

I need to be able to add multiple fields in "post reply". Let's suppose it's a movie review forum (it won't be, just and example), user1 starts a new thread with a title, a text field1 with movie plot, text field2 with movie review, text field3 with other comments. User2 replies to user1 with same text fields. I found a couple of "extra thread fields" add ons at vbulletin.org/forum/ , but I need the same functionality for users when they reply to a thread.

If you have any idea about how much this may cost please let me know, if you're a programmer please pm with your rates.

    Thanks in advance :)

    Alfredo

Sounds more like you need a review add-on for Vbulletin. This would be a lot easier then trying to modify the core VB files. Once the core files are modified, updates become a real pain.

One of the popular VBulletin review modules is "Review Post" - http://www.photopost.com/forum/

There is another Content management system that is built just for reviews, movie reviews to be exact. But I can not remember the name of it.

Read through this thread at vbulletin.com, it list just about every CMS that will work with VB - http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=242944 I posted a couple of replies to that thread, that is how I know about it. But I think that movie review module was listed in that thread.

There are plenty talents on www.vbulletin.org
You just need to register there and ask around.

Or you can use site such as getafreelancer.com or scriptlance.com
