vBulletin like scripts for making Forums site.

Plz tell me how can i start my own FORUMS WEBSITE. I am thinking for vBulletin but it is paid. Is there is any free forums making scripts for be to start who looks like or works like vBulletin.

I would suggest PunBB asmindia in my honest opinion. It has many features and is easy to install. Also a vast amount of plugins and themes in which you can choose from.

I'd go with MyBB, its robust, updated, the new version should be out soon, and is inspired by vBulletin.
