    Hello,
    I want to purchase a second hand vBulletin license.
    I am totally unaware of which things should be checked before going for a purchase.
    Can anyone tell me which things I should check first before purchasing?

    You can verify if the owner actually holds the license and if the license is transferable by submitting a ticket at vbulletin.com.
