    Agree with netbuster, I recently purchased two 3.8.x license for $40 and $50 and a vb4 for $90.

    Has it expired? Because as far as I know expired vBulletin licenses aren't transferable.

    Ask Vbulletin Support then , as i have a few Vbulletin expired licenses and when i asked support they said they are able to transfer them!
