I would let them go to court those pricks. They violate their own terms! If you buy a product and later on they decide to change the terms, you have bought on the old terms and therefor you are held by those old terms!
I doubt they would even go to court, they most like will file a domain takedown... you domain could be permanently blocked, you could get another domain, boom, then it starts all over again...I think they even have their own violation dept... get a cash loaded debit card, and reorder it under whatever name, and keep it legal, but even if they find that out, boom, they surely will cancel that lic also.
key word is you said that you "striped the script of it's license " this is considered backdoor engineering the same method used by hackers and this is the type of engineering or scripts that can be found on warez sites. If you are so good with scripts that you can change their code which means that you know how to program scripts why not just create your own script and become their competition. I mean it is clear that your story is a lie and trust me when I say that you do not lie well. Remove their software as they have requested unless you prefer jail and having Big Bob as your cellmate boyfriend I will never understand why people insist on doing dumb things, then they try to justify their stupidity and to add insult to injury they think everyone else is a stupid as they are Geesh!
