    I'm incredibly confused..

I had a leased license on one of my sites that's going to expire soon. SO, I bought a full license from someone else. How do I update my forum now? Do I just edit the info in the members area or what? I don't see anywhere in my forum to input new license number. and couldn't find any info on it either.

Could anyone please point me in the right direction?

    Thanks a lot,

    Ana

Sooner or later, you will have to contact vbulletin support anyway. So please do it now and explain the situation.

They didn't. They bought a "full license" from someone.

Download the zip of files from the full license account, upload them, they have the full license number in them at the top of each file. Run the upgrade script as usual and input the full license number instead of the leased when prompted for the client number. If you have problems, PM me.

Replace all the files of your leased license with the owned license since each account has its unique vB files.

just replace all the files to the owned license files and just inform vbulletin so they know about it
