Vbulletin - How to change Top Banner

    login to your admincp. click 'Styles & Templates' then then next to your template click ther drop-down menu and select 'Edit Templates'.

    On the next screen scroll down the list of templates until you find 'header'.

    Double-click 'header' and that will open the header template where you can change the blue banner to whatever you want.

    Yes you will have to edit your vbulletin template files

    STYLE MANAGER > STYLE VARS .. (FOR DEFAULT THEME)

    OR if using a custom one...right click on the logo..copy image location > then change it in the corresponding file on the server

    EDIT : after seeing your forum, I noticed that the logo is not aligned properly...you can fix it by adding center attribute...in additional css options
