vBulletin - How do i stop this from happening...

    Hey

    I just bought a vbulletin forum, my problem is that the when a user posts a post their side info with name, avatar etc. is not always the same size.

    Example:

    Anyone here know how to prevent this?

    hmm... i tried logging out and looking at and its normal... any ideas?
