Copy index.php from entartment.info/ and paste into entartment.info forum .. and redirect your forum home page to entartment.info/forum
update home page url by going in admincp> vboptions> sitenameurl

And entartment.info/forum rename index.php to portal.php or forum.php and edit navbar home link to portal or whatever name you choose for forum

    Via FTP:
create a folder in public_html named forum
then drag ALL you vBulletin files into that directory leaving the vBACMPS file in public_html.
Be sure to set your forum path in the index.php file for vBACMPS.
