i run a vbulletin forum and would like to set it up such that new registrations are moderated. i know that to do this i need to go to registration options and set the setting to YES and put an email in one of the fields there.

however, i would first like to know what the process is like. is the following correct?
    1. user registers but cannot login yet
    2. email is sent to admin
    3. is there a queue in the admin panel that the admin can check?
    4. how does the admin approve the registration? is there a screen or the admin simply needs to change the usergroup of the new registrant?

    thanks in advance...

The user can login but they are part of the "unapproved" group.. so whatever usergroup settings you have for them that are waiting for approval-- that is the access they will have.

The admin does have a queue. You will see it in the admin cpanel home page. You will also find it on the left side menu.
