vBulletin - Fulltext Index, or vBulletin search engine?

    What's the best type of search to use with vBulletin? Fulltext Index, or vBulletin search engine?

    vBulletin version: 3.5.0
    MySQL Version: 4.0.26-standard
    Database size: 142 Megs
    Hosting: Dedicated server

    And I'm not the best at optimizing mySQL, so that might be a down side with the Fulltext Index.

    i dunno what is better but ive always used the first 1.

    fulltext is far better but it adds 2 querys for each search
