vBulletin Forums - Custom Built To Your Likeing

Ok here is a few things I do, (this is more of a job then anything else)(It's to raise money for my new computer + car).

I make vBulletin websites, with the following:

Mods, any MOD you wish (Selection I Give)
A template, custom built you tell me how you want it.
A leased vBulletin Liesnce, or if you have one we can use that.
A targeted audience, proper users, real traffic all legit.
Anything additional you want, you tell me.
A domain of your choice.
Hosting for life, unlimited specs (won't run out)

I'll do this for anyone for:

$30 USD, per package.

Additional traffic:
100+ Users, $10 USD.
500+ Users, $50 USD.

You will only get 50 users, which will be active and kick start you forum, they are all legit, which you can see in vBulletins script.

 

An example is my four day old World of Warcraft Fansite: www.chatwow.net
Generated: $20 USD, from VIP memberships in 2 days.

 

I'd be interested for $50.

How active would the users be and how do you limit it to only 50? Are they paid posters?

 

Is it $30 monthly? Yearly? Forever?

 

No, they are "targetted audiences"
The site would have lots of meta keywords, advertising on lots of various websites, which are personal due to me.

They'd be fairly active, I can garutnee you will get 500+ posts by them. With 100+ Threads, as I build up all of my sites, and I do not believe in paid advertising, I find it stupid (no offence to anyone)

A one time fee of $30 USD.

However once the vBulletin leased liesnce runs out, I ask you to either re-pay me to make it a owned one, or to re-pay for it as a leased.

Or you can buy it out right from vBulletin.

Im confused with what do you actually DO... I see advertise and mod..

Why would we host a site with you? then we would have to go through the struggle of selling the site since your hosting it and ect...

I advertise the site, I build the site up to its full potential, generating income for you + users.
I make a custom vBulletin template, which is also more of money.
Then eventually you sell it, its yours you can take it off my hands anytime you want, its your forum not mine.

Sold our first forum to Noniman

I maintain the forum, till they wish for it to be put on their server.

Seems weird, the skin on that site costs $30 and a vbulletin leased license costs like $90 or something.. how can you be making a profit?

 

I buy the vB templates in bulk amounts.

Becomes a fair bit of profit=P

 

So your saying.. you dont actually GIVE them a license.. they use theirs.. and when they move hosts or sell the forums.. they gotta get their own license right?

You got any vBSkinWorks Templates.. extreme pixels are overrated

 

I have enough templates to re-sell.

I give them a _leased_ one year liesnce included. Once that year ends, they pay me to re-new it, or they buy it outright from vBulletin.
