    I like it. It blends well and is not too intrusive. Do your forums do well? I've heard forums have a notoriously low CTR. However, if you have good traffic then low CTR isn't as big of an issue.

    I disagree, especially for forums, in which the text ads generally don't blend well with the surrounding forum structure anyway.

    Image ads fight the banner blindness for forum regulars, I've noticed a steep increase in CTR everytime an advertiser ran an image banner campaign through Google.

    I am only showing 3 ad-units + 1 link unit, thats acceptable as per TOS :)
