On vBulletin FAQ I posted a tutorial on how many of the moderation features function for use by moderators and administration. Several images have been included to give a better idea of exactly what I'm talking about. I talk about all of the options within Thread Tools, and the Moderation Drop Down Menu that is found in both a board Index, as well as the one within the thread itself. There is also a small bit about the Moderation Queue as used from the forum interface. I also give a few tips and tricks at the end of the tutorial that can speed some of the processes up (such as renaming a thread or quickly locking one). The article was re-written from an older 3.5.x version to comply with all of the changes within 3.6.8 so you should find that much of it can be helpful for either version of the forums. I have also used the default skin, so your images / color may vary slightly, but you should get the idea regardless. Check it out here: Forum Moderation Explained If you have any questions or comments feel free to ask either here or there as I'll watch both threads and will gladly give support when and where possible. I hope it helps you or your mods, Q P.S. I have also written : A Guide to Searching Digital Point Which I do plan on converting to a basic searching guide for all forums (as in using the default skin, rather then the DP green)
