    My vote goes for VB, especially for bigger sites. As others have mentioned, the support and community resources are great and there are so many plugins/hacks and themes out there to use. Just take a look at VBulletin.org

    I'm using mybb on one of my sites and I like it a lot. It is almost like having vbulletin for free.

    Mybb is my favorite free forum software just because it is so easy to use and the fact that it is almost the same as VB.

    I am trying to save the $160 for a VB license but it just takes way to long and I personally think it's not worth it if im just going to resell the forum.
