Vbulletin Expert needed ASAP

    Hi,
    I need a vbulletin website,
    It doesn't need to be a custom skin, it can be a neutral/general skin (something like vbulletin.org, or dp) install the vbulletin put next to the logo a banner rotation system, also on the right side too.
    I kinda did a mockup, to better understand.
    I need this ASAP. Please email me.

    what ever you do, do not let vbpatrons.com do any work for you. I would tell you horror story but this is not the place for it.
