Thanks, Shawn! Can you tell me if this editor supports an HTML WYSIWYG mode (besides the markup mode DP has enabled)? I'm looking for a simple WYSIWYG HTML editor that creates small, efficient HTML (ex: <b> tag instead of <strong>, uses FONT tag instead of SPAN). I'm wondering if I buy vBulletin if I'll get that sort of editor.
Why is W3C compliance important? I've always found that keeping my HTML markup-to-Visible text ratio as low as possible helps improve my search-engine rankings, besides helping my websites load faster - according to Consumer Reports, 20% of users are on slow connections (in my Boston neighborhood, my broadband sometimes slows to a crawl when the neighbor's kids first get home from school). Is there a penalty for not conforming to W3C?
