vBulletin Designer - Needed!!

I have just recently started my new and site and I am running vBulletin for the main forums.

Are there any vBulletin designers about who can design and code a skin for me... My budget is very low, but it will give you a chance to add to your portfolio, and you will always have a link/banner on my site linking to your own.
