vBulletin Databases problem

I was wondering why my cookies didn't seem to be working on my homepage of my vbulletin portal, so I messed with the cookie settings and changed them...

Of course everything was bad, couldn't login or anything, so I went to the database and went to change them there. I found them in the table 'setting' on page 6. "cookiedomain" and "cookiepath", I changed them back to their default values and it still doesn't work. I cleared my cookies and still nothing.

    please help.

edit: and whenever I try logging it, it shows like you did and the address adds a "?s=(some hash)" to the end...

You'll have to use the tools.php file that comes inside the do_not_upload/ folder with the zip download of your vBulletin package.

Upload that file to the admincp/ folder on your server and run it,
to fix cookie and login problems.

    Thanx,
    Shadab.
