I run a vbulletin 3.6.7, which i upgraded from 3.6.4

Guests are not permitted to enter any forums unless they register.
But when they click on any forums, they are getting database error instead of Forum closed message.
This error is been from my 3.6.4 board days, but now i am finding it difficult coz many guests turn away seeing that error.

The error is :
