I have $130 spare to get a custom design coded to vbulletin. I have the skin designed in Photoshop and just need it coded to vBulletin. The $130 will just be to get it coded, I don't need any spare graphics done or anything like that. I recently contacted another individual, but that was over 1 week ago, and it was supposed to be finished yesterday, I have received no further contact from him, so I am now looking for someone to code it for me.
