ok i just got a vbulletin and you know the forums or cataegory that says main or what ever.. litle samples, well i deleted it all and cant figure out how to creet a new category it only says add new forum how do i add a category?
Create a new forum, then in it's options set it to NO under 'act like a forum' it should have a side note saying it'll make it a category
