Vbulletin archive broke?

Discussion in 'vBulletin' started by cpvr, Mar 11, 2006.

Well, I was working on my archive earlier today - and it decided to start using 'blank' pages while viewing the archive in IE, but works fine in Firefox.

Any ideas has to how I can fix this?

    I've tried the following:
    -Removed all edits
-Revertered to old files before any edits
    -Delete directory and re-uploaded files.

Still nothin, does anyone have any idea?

We had that issue, and it stemmed from the .htaccess file in Archive being deleted. Perhaps that's your issue?

There shouldn't be an htaccess file in your archive folder at all...not even in the vb root for that matter.

If there's one in there, you have added it yourself...vB doesn't use htaccess

There wasn't a mod installed on the archive, it was installed on the main forums - need xx posts to view forum, so I disabled it.
