vBulletin Ad manager/plugin

    Hi All

    What do people use for managing ads in vB?

    I've just purchased a decent sized forum and I'm really disappointed with the options I have found so far.

    Main features I would like are:
    1) Ability to opt-out of ads for certain groups. i.e. those groups can opt out if they want to.
    2) Use external code, including header code, required for Google/DFP Ad server.

    Any suggestions?
