I am selling my VBulletin 4.x lifetime license with customer access and access to vbulletin.org plugins and templates. I purchased this and have barely used it and figure I would try to get back some of my money for it. I don't ever think I would make much use out of it. So the mods asked me to post in this thread. The long story short - I paid for this license. I waited for a while for it and after several PMs, I started a paypal dispute. He then begged for me to end the dispute and promised he'll provide my license which of course he didn't. So after asking for a discount what followed is the regular string of lame excuses about why he hasn't provided the refund. Fast forward to today, he's now saying that he never asked to end the dispute and that paypal took the money from him. Here is some of the PMs to me. Sounds like begging to me and excuses to me. May19th I have never done this, so I guess I will need the email address! Thanks for super fast payment and I will get this done as soon as I can. If it is not done tonight, it will be tomorrow because I have to go to work. Thanks again and I will await your reply! May21st No actually I am waiting on Vbulletin to answer me back. I have never done this so I don't know how long it will take. I am thinking they will answer me monday or get it all done monday. WOW why would you assume man? I haven't even been here and you see that because I am just now reading this PM, and you still do this? I would have refunded your money, but I would have had to add the funds from my bank because I had transferred them to my paypal first, and I would have figured this license stuff out. I can still get the license stuff figured out for you and even give you the customer number/pass so you can login and get it figured out, but you would have to stop this dispute first. If you want me to give you the login customer number and pass for vbulletin and let you do it all, I will, just please stop this dispute with paypal and let me know, and I will PM you the information. The last few days have been bad cuz I had a family emergency to deal with. Also I just wanted to add, that if you drop the paypal dispute and I give you the login access, and you can get it transferred, then you will be happy and I will. I mean I never meant for all of this to happen. If you want a refund, I would have to transfer it back from my bank to paypal. I will refund your money, just let me transfer $125 from my bank account to paypal and I will send it over. I think it takes like 3-5 days to do, once its transferred over, Ill send back to your paypal email. Sorry about all of this and atleast we can resolve it in some way. Thanks I sent the transfer from my paypal from my bank. They took it out of my bank but it has not been added to my paypal so I am thinking it will be on monday for sure since the amount is deducted from my bank account. I checked today. I was waiting to msg u on monday to send it, because I am sure itll be there for sure. I called my bank today and they said paypal did take the money out on thursday but it has not been added to my paypal yet, and they dont work on weekends so im guessing itll be monday for sure. So the solution is me sending it over on monday, or the only other thing I can do is let you have my vbulletin account the way it is, and in a few more weeks it will be available to transfer and its yours. so its up to you. I dont even use it. havent even logged into it. So you let me know. Im doing the best I can to resolve this. Thats all I can do. No you don't need to do all of that. I did make a simple mistake, and tried transferring from the wrong bank account. I have two on paypal. The one I tried transferring from did not have enough money to pay you back, so I pulled from my other bank. Would you feel better with an echeck? If not, this other transfer is in process. I will update you when its done and send back to you. I have no problem with that. I made the mistake, and will make it right.
Sorry but I am going to say this as lightly as I can. You deserved it! You have over 500 posts and a feedback score of 23 points and you still don't know how to trade on DP. First of all never buy from anyone with 0 feedback and 59 posts. Or ask a lot of questions before deciding to send over your money. Send a message to Vbulletin to confirm his/her full name, email address and Vbulletin number. No matter how trustworthy the seller comes across. For paypal never end the dispute unless everything is shorted. Why would you do that? The dispute is meant for that. You've read his responses so you would have figured out this already that his a scammer. These are my favourite messages: What other stuff? It sounds like he had you in perfect control. This is very annoying! Just try to get the Vbulletin License from him. You will never get your money back now. The last PM I got was from a seller trying to sell me a Vbulletin license for $10. The replies were all very similar trying to hide all the facts.
