Assume no / little rev, site has earned only a few dollars in Adsense and the Amazon links have a couple of "Modded Xbox controllers" Now the main product is the Xbox Kinect system and as the customer is not charged until the item ships there is no way to tell how many sales have occurred, there could be 20+ or there could be none.

Ive done some excellent high PR backlink work for this domain, the main anchor being "Xbox Kinect" ive also released the style for free on vBulletin.org, the style is very popular and contains a footer link using the anchor "Xbox Kinect" so everyone who downloads and uses is effectively creating a front page / site-wide backlink for KinectForums.NET.

400+ PR4+ directory submissions, 200+ do-follow blog comments, a few small link wheels

The site is based around vBulletin 4 publishing site, and uses VBSEO, ive outlaid around $600- in total on this project ($450- just on the licenses), however as i am looking for a quick sale i am willing to cut my loses and sell for a little less if no reasonable offers come through.

If this system turns out to be half as good as the Nintendo Wii the new owner is going to have a website that makes a lot of money and will be able to build a nice sized community around this product, this should open up other doors as well due to the large interest surrounding this product.

The vBulletin licenses are transferable on the 15th of Sept 2010, i will provide the new owner with any updates / mods they require until the licenses can be transferred, the domain and website content (including full admin access) will be forwarded immediately after payment.
