But old members don't like to talk alot

and if i accept paypal from new member he sent payment and he wait when i verify from paypal about his money
and i try to be member in paypal with Vcc and Virtual bank account because my country doesn't support it

i just want to say that there are no logit having 20 VB. i don need to buy one as i have bought a new one from VB.com. i dont to take any risk. and i suggest people not to take this risk.

I think you have multiple accounts and are well dodgy and will follow up on this as believe you have posted using a proxy or have got a couple of friends to to do so and as sarahk pointed out there is something decidedly dodgy about this.

I would never buy from an ebayer with less than 99% pos feedback and you have a 88% iTrader with three very definate complaints so as far as I am concerned you need stopping so nobody else wastes their money.

Not to mention the only people in this thread to say anything positive are two people who only joined in jan/feb this year with a post count of 2.

After what Sarahk said and after checking the VB bulk licensing pricing I do not see how you can be selling legit VB4 licenses for such a low price as something just does not add up. The VB4 bulk licensing pricing structure would not allow for you to resell at such a price, so how do you explain this Sir!

If you take a look at the screenshot in EvoWRZ's post here you'll read Steve Machol's confirmation that the license is new and NOT eligible for transfer at this time.

To quote Steve Machol, "changing the email address is the same as transfering the license" which means the person buying from you will probably get in trouble.
