Buying vBulletin 4 Licence Cheap

    Looking to buy a vB licence that is transferable. I don't have a lot of money, so I'm looking to buy one as cheap as possible. Please PM me or post your prices here.

    Please note that for people with iTraders less than mine, I'll have to get the email from vB before I pay. For others, I'll pay upfront.

    I'm no longer looking for a vB4 licence. Too pricey for me.
