I would like do some basic seo modifications done:

    -Remove Powered By Vbulletin tag
    -Title and description changes
    -Remove forum titles from threads
-Adding H1 Tags to my Forum and Threads
basically its the things i couldnt do on
    http://forum.vbulletinsetup.com/f7/how-seo-vbulletin-without-vbseo-15827.html

the problem is that those guides were written for vb 3 and i have 4.0.5 and they have added code for facebook, etc that I dont want to mess up while making the modifications to the template files.

AND/OR if a you could install and run a plugin that would do the above 4 things and maintain the SEO it would be fine too.

I also would like to do the following things done (if you could do it or let me know who can)

-I want to feed one of my forum categories with content from usenet. specifically the alt.autos section. and i want it to look like the thread was being posted by the users are on my forums. has anyone ever done this with google groups rss feeds?
-I want to pay forum posters and users to generate content on the forums about cars, trucks, fuel efficiency, gas, saving money

Does VB allow you to remove their cash cow? Powered by Vbullein?
back when I had VB there was no option to remove, I am not sure
if there is a pay option to remove it. as for your other requirements,
vb mods can do what you are looking for...if you can not install
a mod, maybe its best you not setup a forum, otherwise you will
be paying people all day along to do this or that.
