Buying Vbulletin 3 to 4 theme and mod upgrade/conversion

    I have a vb3.8.x forum which I want to upgrade to version 4.
    This is using a custom developed theme which needs converting.
    There are also a few mods and come customisations done to the postbit that need to come across as well.

    Looking for an immediate start. If Australia based that would be a plus but not required, will require communication via skype as well.
