Buying Vbulletin 3.8.x Skin - Designed AND Coded ~ $250

    I'm looking for someone to design and fully code (error free) a Vbulletin version 3.8.x skin for me. I am willing to pay $250 total. If you're interested, please PM me being sure to include your expected turnaround time AND your portfolio of previous work. Payment will be 50% upfront and 50% once I have seen the design (before you slice/code it).

    I already have a logo and a few custom images which I will expect you to use in the theme.
