vbulletin 3.6.2 download

    vb just released 3.6.3 - but the skin that i have is only for 3.6.2.

    i'm currently running 3.5.4 and would like to upgrade to only 3.6.2 - anyone know how i can do this? i don't think the 3.6.2 download is available anymore.

    Wow. Are you sure that 3.6.2 skins are not compatible with 3.6.3. It's such a minor revision number. Seems to me that it wouldn't be in their best interest to break compatibility for a minor upgrade.

    Your allowed to install a copy of vb for testing purposes, there's an explanation on the site somewhere of how to do it without breaking the license.

    Install a test version, install the skin, and see if there is a problem, 3.6.3 is a good thing, don't run 3.6.2

    You can download any version of VB from the members page. (i.e. 3.6.0, 3.6.1, 3.6.2, 3.6.3)

    It will be compatible... 3.6.3 was only security updates..

    No they will only allow downloads of supported Versions which are the most recent updated Major Versions: 2.x.x, 3.5.x, 3.6.x

    3.6.3 and 3.6.2 ARE NOT major updates -- just XSS Vulnerability fixes -- so the skin will work fine.

    Minor updates don't spoil your skin/template it was just a single file update and 3.64 is also a single file update admincp/index.php, don't worry just use em.
