vbseo sitemap error

    I am using vb3.8.0 and vBSEO 3.2.0. when I enter /vbseo_sitemap/ following error shown 
    Warning: require_once([path]/vbseo_sitemap/vbseo_sitemap_functions.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/vbseo_sitemap/index.php on line 36

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/jhumon/public_html/vbseo_sitemap/vbseo_sitemap_functions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/jhumon/public_html/vbseo_sitemap/index.php on line 36

    How can I fix it ? Can Any One have any Idea? Advance Thanks.

    I think it is permission issue, give write permission to folder where is showing in failed to open stream.
