vbseo setting for non english / urdu charactors in url of post/thread

    ho to set the option in vbseo so that if title of thread/post is in urdu then it crat the url of that post/thread like "http://forum.urduworld.com/f153/یہ-میری-غزلیں-یہ-میری-نظمیں-332238/"

    please help
