I have purchased a forum from a member here and we transfered it to a different server. It had vbseo and now when I try to open the forum I get The encoded file /home/globalgo/public_html/vbseo.php is corrupt.

Also is there anyway to disable it

    Please help

It probably has to do with the transfer, normally many (most?) ftp clients will transfer .php files as text, however the vbseo files are encrypted and need to be transferred as binary.

Try to check to make sure at each step the files were transferred as binary.

Otherwise I would check with vbseo support, from my experience vbseo support is TOP-NOTCH.

    Thanks

You probably need to un do the the plug-in via the admin section, go to the admin section, when you installed do you remember doing something in the admin section to install it? Just undo the install or uninstall.
