vb skin maker needed...design+template..very high budget

    looking for a custom VB skin maker
    project should include design+template+logo
    its a high budget project...can go upto 500$
    only the people with more than 15 itrader and 8 months+ experience on this forum will qualify for this project
    if you dont qualify you can suggest me users or any site that can make high budget vb skins
