i am looking to update my vb3.8 forum to vb4 will need new theme, the vb4 software upgraded, plugins etc. currently i have om encryption if someone is capable of porting that to vb4 or the entire data base a huge plus. i will also need numerous custom pages reintegrated in the design. please send example work and estimates.
