If I decided to have a website where I post the mods on vbulletin.org for free access, am I violating any legal issues? I post full author credits, etc. & the mods are free.

Giving credit does not allow you rights to distribute something unless permission has been specifically granted.

You may not post the mods or styles from vb.org or any other site without permission from the developers.. It's called Stealing...
